How to start the Planning
To secure your date, a deposit of $ 1000.00 US is required. Deposits may be made by credit card or  check. In case of cancellation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded up to 6 months prior to the reserved date.  50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs between 3 to 6 months prior to the reserved date.  No refunds between 0 and 90 days prior to the date.  AT 90 days, an additional deposit of 50% of the estimated bill will be required.  Final payment is due at the completion of the event and can be accepted in the form of cash or credit card. We regret that no personal checks can be accepted for final payment.  60 days before the event date Cedars & Beeches needs to have received all your decisions on services and items pertaining to your event. A completed planning document will be provided at that time for your approval.
