Cedars and Beeches
is open year round.
Advance reservations are suggested at all times and in particular, for
the
summer season, University events and holiday weekends.
During high
season reservations will only be confirmed by credit card guarantee or
upon receipt of deposit of 50% of the
total amount of the stay within fourteen days after the reservation is
made. Full prepayment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Deposits
by check or credit card are accepted. For reservations made less
than 7
days prior to arrival a credit card may be used to guarantee the room
for the
full stay or a check may be express mailed to our office.

Cancellations
Cancellations
received less
than 7 days prior to arrival during the period September 7 to May 15
and 14 days prior to arrival May 16 to September 6 will be subject to a
50% cancellation fee unless
the accommodation can be rented. An administrative fee of $25.00
will be
retained. Failure to arrive without cancellation will result
in a charge of the full revenue.
For Your
Information
Children ages 2-12 are welcome at Cedars and Beeches
are free when staying in the same room as their parents using existing
bedding. Cribs are complimentary. Rollaway or trundle beds
are
available at the cost of $25.00 per bed per night.

dates. Rates quoted are for one or two persons occupying the same
room. Rates are subject to tax and do not include gratuity. Rooms
and rates are
subject to availability and subject to change.
Group or corporate rates are
available. Packages for wedding parties, weddings and corporate
retreats are also available.
All rooms have private bath, central heat and air conditioning,
ceiling fan, hair dryer, make-up mirror, color cable television,
telephone with
voice-mail and dataport, and am/fm clock radio.
Business facilities, such
as copiers, facsimile, computers and hi speed internet access are
available.
